Soft Way is an IT services company established in 1993, initially specializing in the management of spare parts, with a clear focus on the motorcycle industry. Over time, the continued collaboration with Italian motorcycle manufacturers, dealers and repair workshops, led to the development of what would become the most popular management program (DMS - Dealer Management System) in Italy: Arco. This program is now used by more than 3,000 businesses. Soft Way worked in close collaboration with Italian motorcycle manufacturers to develop transmissions and interfaces in order to accelerate and simplify daily communication between dealers, repair workshops and motorcycle manufacturers, with the integration of catalogs, price lists and databases to its management program. Our team of over 50 people is dedicated to our customers, offering assistance in their daily activities, helping them transition to digital technologies and streamlining their management tasks.
