Customer support intern

The ideal candidate, new graduate in Accounting, is familiar with the most common computer tools (Word, Excel, internet and e-mail, etc.) and, preferably, can use accounting management systems. The chosen person will be trained in support request management and first level assistance for customers that use a specific accounting program. Residence in areas adjacent to the company headquarter (Borgomanero) is welcome, such as knowledge of English, basic also. Seriousness, capacity for team work, a good "standing" and aptitude for public relations at any level. This job advertisement is addressed to both sexes and to people of any age and nationality.
